In a case of complaint or warranty, please contact us by phone.

If an item will have to be sent back for correction of defects, please proceed as follows:

  • To avoid damages during transport, please pack the item(s) carefully; if possible, use the original packaging.

  • Please frank your consignment. We cannot accept non-prepaid consignments. In a case of warranty, freight costs will be credited to you.

  • It is essential that you include the fully completed MarMed return form. Without it, correct attribution and (if applicable) repair of an item will frequently be impossible.

We cannot take back:

  • products to which the Medicines Act applies;
  • packages of aseptic material if the package has been opened or is damaged;
  • illuminants and batteries;
  • special items which have been expressly custom made or procured for you.
